Automatic poultry weighing system WGJ−8
The automatic weighing system has been designed for continous control of the mass of poultry during the breeding by automatic, stressless weighing in the poultry house. It compounds of the controller and one or more scales. The scales are emplaced around the henhouse and connected with the controller sharing one 4-wire bus for all of them. The system is helpful in detecting abnormalities during the process almost instantaneously. It is applicable in all types of breeding (parental flock, growing up, fattening).
Key features:
- Simultaneous weighing using up to 16 scales, with independent logging for each of them
- Range of scale types to choose from (random matching with the controller)
- Scales’ independent logging up to 1000 days of breeding (for reproduction flocks), up to 5000 weighings a day for each scale. Each single weighing includes a timestamp
- Daily weighing statistics (average, growth, steadiness etc.), percent comparision to previous day
- PC and printer interconnectivity for continous observing of current weighings (i.e. for controlling flock’s growth), daily reports printing. Internet communication as an option
- Easy to setup, maintain and sterilise
- Prepared for hard environmental conditions (industrial IP55 protection standard, stainless steel parts)
- Confirmed large amount of weighings (including broiler flocks during last days of breeding)
- Continuous and reliable control of flock growth (allows to detect abnormalities in just few hours)
