MIREF-6 is a manual controller that controls work of fans, heaters  and incandescent lighting depending on adjusted value of control by means of a keypad. It has got one electronic control output with fluent power regulation (Section 1) of load from total switch off (level 0) to total switch on (level 100) with resolution by one. For extension of the system the controller is equipped with a RS-485 interface to interoperate with extension modules of the JOTAFAN system.

It enables additional connection of:

• up to 4 extension modules of the fluent section (Module 6A, Module 6A-010).

The controller also provides two-point calibration of control range by programming the values for levels 1 and 99. The User can define two ways of the controller’s behaviour after turning on the power supply: start of operation at zero level of control or at level saved right before the power supply failure.

Characteristics:

• one built-in ‘fluent’ control output that enables multi-stage (100 stages) control of single-phase fans speed or infrared electric illuminators with current up to 6A,

• RS-485 module for interoperation with other JOTAFAN devices (extension modules of the fluent section, controllers of servomotors inlets etc.),

• LCD display that shows present level of control within 1÷100 scale; calibration of control range by means of settings.

Functions:

• a ‘forbidden range’- elimination of a part of control range of the fluent section that is energy-intensive and adverse for fans.
