Module 6A-010-AR is a device of extension the fluent section with direct power supply of load supplied with 230V, 50Hz (e.g. fans) with power consumption of up to 6A from 0 to 100% of power. This module can be controlled by means of external analogue voltage 0..10V or an RS-485 bus. Additionally, it has got an operation switch ‘Automatic/Manual’ and a scaled knob on the front panel of the housing. In the ‘Manual’ mode it is possible to control the power level independently from external control signals while the ‘Automatic’ mode works as Module 6A-010.

Thanks to galvanic separation between energy electronic circuits and input modules there is a possibility of interoperation of several modules supplied with different phases of voltage. This solution provides regular load of mains supply and partial ventilation in case of power supply failure of one of phases.

This device is equipped with an anti-disturbances filter and surge protectors that are mounted directly on the printed circuit board. The module can be equipped with an alarm relay (option) activated in case of incorrect work of the device, power supply failure and other emergencies.

If one chooses the control by means of 0..10V signal the module enables the adjustment of sensitivity thresholds: voltage 0..10V below which control is turned off and value above which the control is turned on to full power (100% of power) as well as calibration of control characteristics by means of defining the level of output power for 1% or 99% of control process. Configuration is made by means of built-in micro-switches.

• phase control of resistance load (lighting, illuminators) or inductive ones (single-phase asynchronous motors),

• power control by means of a knob on the front panel,

• the function of total control switch off (electronic switch).
