Module 6A-420-DIN can be controlled by means of external DC source of 4..20mA (signal of a current loop) or an RS-485 serial interface. The module is dedicated to installation in a switchboard on DIN rail 35mm (TH-35). The galvanic separation was used between power electronic circuits and input circuits. The controller has got two potentiometers so that the minimum could be set as well as the range of control.
The controller is designed for continuous operation and it does not have a power switch. In order to turn the module off an external switch has to be used with at least 3mm distance between contacts of all poles. The power circuit of the controller has to be secured with a circuit breaker of ‘S’ B-6A type.
The device is equipped with a LED diode indicating the operation mode of the controller. During normal operation a red LED diode is on and it dims periodically during RS-485 transmission.
