RHT–CO2–10k sensor
The combined sensor of humidity, temperature and CO2 with a RS-485 interface.
The RHT–CO2–10k sensor is a device used to measure temperature and relative humidity and it is made on the basis of a modern, pre-calibrated digital converter. The sensor is also used to measure carbon dioxide concentration with atmospheric pressure of up to 10 000 ppm (1%) in buildings, especially in poultry houses, pig houses and mushroom growing facilities.
The sensor is designed for communication in RS-485 network. Information about measured temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration is sent digitally to the master device (a recorder, a PC computer, etc.).
A digital transducer for measuring temperature and humidity is mounted outside the enclosure in a removable cover containing a mesh filter that protects the sensor against dirt. The ingress protection class of the sensor meets requirements of IP 55 (except the sensor’s housing). The sensor is equipped with a hermetic plug that makes its disassembly easier when not used (e.g. during cleaning or disinfection of a poultry house). During its production there was used a patent-protected CO2 sensor of long service time and accuracy of measurements.
